1. How do I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with the logistics company and waybill number. You can use the waybill number to check the status of your package on the logistics company's official website or our order tracking page.
2. How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
Our orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with logistics information. The specific delivery time depends on your location and the delivery method you choose.
3. Are returns and exchanges supported?
Yes, we do. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item and provide the order number and reason for return or exchange. Please ensure that the returned item has not been worn, washed, and retains all tags and packaging.
4. How do I apply for a return?
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team first and provide the order number and reason for return. Our customer service staff will guide you through the return process. Please note that the return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless it is a quality issue or the wrong product was sent.
5. What payment methods are supported?
