Return & Refund Policy
How long is the return window?


We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


*Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30-day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


Return Conditions


Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, washed or altered, with original tags and packaging.


Reason for Return: You may return an item if it has quality issues, was sent the wrong item, or is not as described.


How to start a return and exchange?


Step 1: Contact us via Online Chat or Email to start your return.


Step 2: Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch and provide return instructions and refund options.


Step 3: You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address that the customer service provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.


Step 4: That's it! Once we receive your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.


Are there any return fees:


If it is not a quality problem, we are not responsible for the cost of return/exchange.


The original shipping fee is not refundable.


You are responsible for the cost of return/exchange.


If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be based on the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, and for this reason, we will bear the shipping cost.


Refund Processing


Refund Time: After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will process the refund within 7 working days.


Refund Method: The refund will be returned according to the original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on the processing time of the payment platform or bank.


Notes


Packaging intact: Please ensure that the returned goods are well packaged to avoid damage during transportation.


Return address: The return address will be provided by the customer service staff when confirming the return application. Please return the goods to the designated address.

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 30 days of their delivery date.

For sanitary reasons, accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

Gift cards, and accessories are marked as flash sale, final sale & special sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
